Fit what is most
Urgent
In the world at that
Moment.
Usually, 
They reinforce what
Most are already 
Feeling.
In times of national pain,
They instill what 
People would like
To feel.

But please 
Explain to me,
In simple terms,
Why a speech
Should feel like a
Call to war
For something that 
Occurred
Six years ago.
In prime time,
Attacking,
Proposing actions
That are basically
Unlawful.
I suppose the question
